Asimo

Yesterday wanted to bring my friend to watch ASIMO live in action, but something bad happened. Too bad, really hope that anything will be fine over there. 

ASIMO stands for Avanced Step in Innovative Mobility.  Yesterday I purposely took halfday leave and went to watch ASIMO live in action. The performance was performed at ground floor, Queensbay Mall, Penang (27th - 30th November 2008). The performance would be based on the time table shown at the digital signboard there, performed roughly half an hour then I think it went to the backstage for resting or charging its batteries. Asimo is great, acts like a human, but I think it's not the perfect one yet. One more thing, Asimo is a girl, maybe girl will be cute for this. He walks, he runs. And perhaps most importantly, he inspires us all to dream.

His height is 160 cm and weight is 130 kg. Heavier than me, haha.. but my height almost the same as it.

Beside the stage there they have ASIMO goods for sale, saw a few of them then grabbed them without making any decision.

and also... I grabbed this "Not for sale" item. ASIMO paper fold, actually they distributed to kids for folding competition. I quickly grabbed one then rush back from stage. haha.. this is the paper fold, looks like a real robot right?

The hardest folding part is the head, coz it has both curl shapes at both sides of its head.
